Zelensky Proposes to the Verkhovna Rada to Create Two Specialized Administrative Courts

President Volodymyr Zelensky registered in the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the creation of Specialized District and Appellate Administrative Courts.

Zelensky initiated the creation of two new specialized courts to replace the UAC. The President of Ukraine submitted to the Rada a bill on the creation of Specialized District and Appellate Administrative Courts with jurisdiction throughout Ukraine. This should increase the protection of rights in the field of public legal relations.
