Zeeland States want to lobby for ailing University College

Provincial States of Zeeland want the province to launch a “strong lobby” in The Hague to draw attention to the cuts that University College Roosevelt (UCR) in Middelburg must make. The UCR announced a reorganization plan in February because the educational institution receives less money from the government and is struggling with declining student numbers.
