Taylor J. Edelman, 31, of Adair, was taken into custody 10:03 p.m. Nov. 6, at 11th and Cedar streets on the charge of OWI, first offense. According to an Adair Police report, at approximately 8:38 p.m. police were notified of an altercation taking place at the Dance Studio.
