Yukon man takes fight against law used to enforce COVID-19 rules to the country's top court

Both the Yukon Supreme Court and recently, the Yukon Court of Appeal, dismissed Ross Mercer's case to challenge the territory's Civil Emergencies Measures Act, which was used by the territorial government to create and enforce COVID-19 measures. However, the lawyer who has represented Mercer since the original 2020 challenge said his client isn’t ready to give up.
