The General Command of the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ) announced the deaths of five of their fighters, Nergiz Dilda Welat, Cûdî Tolhildan, Axîn Koçer, Sema Hesekê, and Tolhildan Serêkaniyê while fighting in Manbij on December 9, 2024.
