Youth housing project breaks ground in Eureka

Ground has been broken on a project that aims to build 39 housing units for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Humboldt County. The Jaroujiji Youth Housing project, at 1711 3rd Street Eureka, will convert an office building and two Victorian homes into units for young people to live.
