Youth gangs terrorize Dresden: Rädelsführer in Anstalt, violence escalates further

Attacks, beatings, robbery: In Dresden, more and more youth gangs are doing their job. Recently, students of an elite gymnasium were caught, who apparently are being targeted. A gang leader is in detention, but the violence continues. A special commission is investigating.
