Driver’s license to remain cheap
As a non-driver I’m puzzled: Quebec has decided to keep the cost of a driver’s licence down to $26.25, but recently they also announced an increase in registration fees to raise money for public transit. These are separate things? Is there any point in increasing one and decreasing the other?
