The film Jánošík. True History was made based on Borušovič's script. She directed the films Vadí nevadí, Amálka, ja sa zbláznim!, Modré z neba and 100 percentne čistá láska. She was also the author of several plays.
Slovak writer, screenwriter and director Eva Borušovičová has died at the age of 55. This was confirmed by STVR. Borušovičová was also a teacher at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where she studied screenwriting and then directing. She directed the films Blue from the Sky, Amálka, I'm Going Crazy and It Doesn't Matter. The film Jánošík. True History was made based on her script. Her work was also seen on stage.
