Worth County Board Reviews Grouse Avenue Culvert Project
The Worth County Board of Supervisors may soon be working with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources on a culvert replacement on Grouse Avenue at Elk Creek. The board was concerned about the size of the culvert and what future costs to the taxpayers would be involved.
