Worst areas for uninsured driving revealed as hit-and-run victim says he was 'left for dead'
Every 20 minutes, a UK resident is hit by an uninsured or hit-and-run driver, with over 26,000 victims annually and nearly 120,000 vehicles seized this year, MIB said.
