Woman sends message to drivers after witnessing ducklings killed by car in Chilliwack

A Chilliwack woman is warning drivers to slow down after she witnessed two ducklings get hit by a vehicle on Vedder Road, and later die. Brenda Halak was in the back seat of a car heading southbound with her daughter and the driver, when the driver saw some shadows moving.
