Woman hit, killed by vehicle in Bennettsville, coroner says

BENNETTSVILLE, S.C. (WBTW) -- A 49-year-old woman was hit and killed in Bennettsville late Wednesday night, the Marlboro County Coroner's Office said. Regina B. Covington of Bennettsville was pronounced dead at the scene, coroner De'Aron Smith said. It happened at about 11 p.m. on Cottingham Boulevard.
