Woman gets caught during tipping on Caliente Water Boulevard

Tijuana, March 24th. A woman of approximately 55 years of age was trapped in her vehicle, after she turned over to the Agua Caliente boulevard, at the height of Chapultepec Square. The events occurred on Monday, around 2 p.m. Firefighters arrived at the site who had to use special tools to open the door of the truck the woman was driving.
