- The woman said she wore a navy blue bomber jacket and carried a green, white and purple striped tote bag while saying, `I think condoning genocide is disgusting.`
- When passers-by confronted her, the footage records her using a pair of scissors to brazenly snip the memorial bands while bystanders called her a `disgusting little human being`.
- The Metropolitan Police said officers are reviewing footage to determine if offences, including hate crime or criminal damage, occurred and urged the public to call 101 quoting CAD 4948/06OCT25 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111; replacement ribbons have been placed.
