The deceased have been identified as the accused’s wife, Khema Patel (37), his seven-year-old daughter and two sons aged four and one year old. A sensational incident in Kabirpur village, under the Magron police station area of Damoh, sent shockwaves through the region. A husband murdered his wife and three innocent children with an axe.
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene and began an investigation. The Superintendent of Police from the district headquarters also arrived at the scene and inquired about the incident. The police have taken the accused into custody and begun questioning him.
