Alsatian associations and communities have asked the administrative court to cancel the final confinement of Stocamine waste on Thursday, 15 May. They denounce errors in the State file. The public rapporteur has also ruled that there is no other solution.
The Strasbourg Administrative Court was examining this Thursday morning, on the merits of the case, the prefectural decree authorizing the final burial of the 42000 tonnes of waste stored by Stocamine in Wittelsheim.
