Wilman Terán, former president of the Council of the Judiciary, was sentenced to six years and eight months in prison for unlawful association in the so-called screen case. This was decided by the trial court of the National Court of Justice at the trial hearing that was reinstated at 16:17 on July 7, 2025.

The Court issued a new judgment against Wilman Tern, former president of the Council of the Judiciary, declaring him responsible as a direct author of the association he cites in the case known as Screen, related to the manipulation of the competition for judges of the National Court of Justice.
