Will they go back to jail? CDE and Prosecutor’s Office join forces to ask for the release of Leonarda Villalobos and Daniel Sauer – La Tercera

An important milestone was experienced last week in the Audio case.On April 29, the Fourth Court of Guarantee revoked the precautionary measure of pretrial detention of lawyer María Leonarda Villalobos and businessman Daniel Sauer, both accused of various economic crimes in the case. Villalobos remained 245 days in prison in San Miguel, while Sauer was about a year in Captain Yaber.
