On the 30th, an interview with the college revealed that Odawara Junior College (Kanagawa Prefecture) had allowed students to bring in model answers from the "study guide" used in the course to take the exam required to obtain a kindergarten teaching license (type 2), and that they were able to copy them. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology confirmed the word-for-word copying and found it inappropriate.
