When the Church breaks laws and accepts rejected asylum seekers
Those who do not receive asylum status in Luxembourg are obliged to leave the country and have to leave. In Germany, too – would not be the church. In 2015, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) agreed with representatives of the Church that "in justified exceptional cases, asylum applications from refugees can be re-examined in order to avoid special humanitarian hardships."
