Less than a week before the Pope's arrival in France. Paris and Lourdes are on the program as well as Metz, where Léon 14 will celebrate a mass in St. Stephen's Cathedral. At his side, a choir of a hundred college students, who repeat their feet to be ready.
As part of his visit to France, Pope Leo XIV will visit Metz on Monday 28 September, where he will give a speech on Europe, unity and peace. A step that highlights the figure of Robert Schuman (1886-1963), Lorrain became "father of Europe", recognized as "venerable" by the Church. A return to the European spirit at a time when the continent faces opposite winds.
Habituated with prestigious events, the hotel-restaurant section of the private professional high school La Providence de Dieuze will undoubtedly mark the biggest blow in its history this Monday, September 28th. Twelve of its students will have the privilege of serving at the table the Pope and his sequel.
