Seventeen new complaints were filed this Wednesday in the case of violence against residents of the Betharram Catholic institution in Béarn. Didier Carrère-Laas tells us about the nightmare he experienced.
The file now contains at least 217 complaints for events between 1957 and 2004, but only one lay overseer is currently under investigation, as justice is blocked by the statute of limitations.
