Volunteers are about to become a municipality, after the Senate adopted, on Monday, as a decision-making body, the draft law on the change of the administrative status of the locality of Ilfov County. The draft was previously adopted by the Chamber of Deputies, and the new statute could have effects under local taxes and charges, but also on the way the local administration is organised and operated.
