Westlake police recover firearms, arrest two masked suspects, seek a third who got away in rideshare vehicle

Police arrested two suspects found dressed in all black and wearing gloves and masks on Hilliard Boulevard early Sept. 27, and they are seeking a third suspect who managed to get away in a ride share vehicle. Officers also are asking residents whose cars may be been broken into to contact the department for further investigation.
