LAFAYETTE — Westbound & Down Brewing Inc. has launched a new equity crowdfunding round to finance the purchase and buildout of a restaurant and taproom in Wheat Ridge. The brewery plans to purchase a 4,000-square-foot building at 5540 W. 29th Ave., near Sloans Lake, with plans to open in late 2026 or early 2027.
