West Mifflin Star RB Armand Hill Commits to West Virginia

Armand Hill, one of the top players in the WPIAL’s Class of 2027, has decided to end his college recruitment early. This afternoon, the 4-star running back from West Mifflin, announced on Twitter his decision to commit to Rich Rodriguez and the West Virginia Mountaineers.
