WEIRTON, W.Va. (WTRF) -- It was neighbors helping neighbors at the City of Weirton's summer concert series on Friday. The community gathered at the Weirton Event Center for a night filled with live music from the Z-Town Street Band and some delicious food from 740 Barbeque.
