More than half (65%) of Hungarian internet users believe they would be able to recognize a fake email. When checking the authenticity of an email, Hungarians primarily pay attention to the sender's address, the presence of a link or attachment, the time pressure exerted by the sender and the errors found in the message. According to a new survey, people over 55 are less confident in their abilities than younger internet users.
