DETROIT LAKES — A Waubun man faces felony charges after a passenger on his motorcycle died of her injuries following a May 26 crash in Toad Lake Township. Jacob Jerome Riggle, 26, of rural Waubun, has been charged in Becker County District Court with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide involving driving under the influence of alcohol.
