Flock camera alert for stolen vehicle leads to arrest of Schenectady woman

A Schenectady woman has been arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation. Watervliet Police were alerted via a Flock camera notification to a stolen vehicle entering the City of Watervliet from Green Island at about 5 p.m. on Thursday.
