Waterfront Wednesdays return to Wheeling with new stage at Heritage Port

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) -- Wheeling's Waterfront Wednesdays is kicking off tonight on a new stage. Crew members worked throughout the day to set up the new Apex venue. The stage will create a better viewing experience for the summer events at the Heritage Port.
