Warren police now believe a 39-year-old man who was found dead in his ground-level fish tank in his home on Hanover Drive Aug. 20 died from natural causes. “Originally, we thought it was a suspicious death,” said acting Police Commissioner Charles Rushton. “But the autopsy showed that the victim died from what I will call natural causes.” Rushton said the victim was a known drug user and had an “unhealthy lifestyle” that included alcohol abuse. …
