Waoranis would come to Quito to ask the Constitutional Court to issue jurisprudence on prior consultation

The Waorani nationality of Pastaza expects the judges of the Constitutional Court (CC) to hear it before they make a decision regarding the application of the mechanism of prior, free and informed consultation for indigenous peoples in the face of extractive projects promoted by the national Government.
