KUANTAN,  April 11 (Bernama) -- Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail has been appointed the Special Advisor to the National Entrepreneur and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Council.
