WalletHub ranks large cities as best cities for starting a business

About a week ago, we ran an analysis from personal financial website WalletHub that ranked 1,334 small cities in terms of the best places to start a business. That list (see post here) had 14 cities in Tennessee ranked. Now, WalletHub is out with its rankings of the 100 large cities, and the Volunteer State has two listed.
