Arthur Lira (PP-AL) on the Project of Law No. 1087/2025 – which creates a minimum tax of 10% for physical persons who occupy more than R$ 600 billion/year to expand the IR exemption tax – has removed the original text which ensures that aggregated alternatives are actually paid by PJs and their PF shareholders do not exceed 34% (the nominal ally of companies today).
