EAST GRAND FORKS — There was a chance to learn how to make a difference in a senior's life in the northern Red River Valley on Wednesday, May 20. Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota hosted a meet and greet at the East Grand Forks Campbell Library for students, retirees and anyone in the community to learn about the Senior Companion Program and Neighbor to Neighbor program.
