Volleyball roundup: Willmar Cardinals make it to semis in Shakopee

SHAKOPEE — The Willmar volleyball team posted a 2-2 record Saturday at the 12-team Shakopee Invitational, finishing in fourth place. Willmar beat New Prague 17-25, 25-20, 15-11 and Forest Lake 25-23, 25-20. The Cardinals then lost to Eagan in the semifinals, 25-27, 25-14, 15-8.
