Vocational Training Becomes the Most Direct Way to Employment Demanded by Companies

The labour market shows a strong imbalance: a broad base of unqualified people and a roof of overqualified workers. The result is that three out of four companies in Spain have difficulty finding the profiles they need, according to ManpowerGroup’s latest study on Talent Disadjustment. The shortage is particularly critical in technical profiles coming from medium-level vocational training.
