VMOS-Black River Agreement: Contributions, Deadlines and Distribution of Energy Revenues

On Friday, the government of Río Negro formalized an agreement with the VMOS SA consortium, made up of the country’s main oil companies, which establishes the conditions for the development of the Vaca Muerta Oil Sur project.
