Orbán Warns 'Tyranny Is Now Reality' as President Is Stripped of His Mandate

"The last dam has fallen — tyranny is no longer a threat, but a reality," Viktor Orbán, president of Fidesz, wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday in response to Tamás Sulyok signing the seventeenth amendment to the Basic Law, under which the incumbent president's mandate will expire on the day following the amendment's entry into force.
