After the court decision in favour of the resumption of the construction of the Toulouse-Castre motorway, the opponents of the works met in front of several prefectures of France, and in front of the Matabiau station of Toulouse on Wednesday 28 April.

Thomas Brail, a long-time opponent of the A69 motorway, announced to Reporterre that he will launch a hunger strike as soon as construction resumes. He describes his action as "a true cry of despair."
