The Brownsville Police Department was commissioned to announce the capture of a man, identified as Charles Lee Brazil, aged 31, and suspected of murdering a person. Specifically, Brazil was wanted for the death of Tyler Gamez, aged 23, who was reported on August 30 in the Texan city of Victoria.
