Victor Kenneth Perry, 93, of DeRidder, La., passed away peacefully on Oct. 1, 2025, in The Woodlands, Texas. Born on Dec. 15, 1931, in Bastrop, La., Victor was the son of James Henry Stephen Perry and Annie Lee Breazeale Perry.
