A man shot to death outside a Long Beach home was publicly identified Saturday. Rudolph Anthony Lopez died from a gunshot wound of the head after he was shot in the driveway of a home at about 5:15 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Harding Street, near Cherry Avenue, the Medical Examiner’s office said.
