Vetusty of the Limoges prison: a fire safety check required by the Council of State, but no structural work

A fire safety check, but no more, is the decision of the Conseil d'État on the interim measure concerning the Limoges prison. Initiated by the Bar Association of Limoges, this interim measure sought a radical improvement in the conditions of imprisonment, requiring a thorough renovation of the building. The request was therefore rejected.
