CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — In the race for Cass County Commission, Tim Flakoll in District 1 and James Kapitan in District 3 ran unopposed. FARGO — For the first time in 12 years, a new face will represent District 5 on the Cass County Board of Commissioners after the November election. Joel Vettel of Fargo and Keith Gohdes of Mapleton will move on to November’s general election after receiving enough votes in the Tuesday, June 11, primary.
