The paid service previously came into the spotlight because, according to press reports, instead of waiting for years, it was offered surgery within weeks for millions of forints.
They want healthcare where the wallet cannot be an advantage, and the quality of care is not determined by the financial situation of the patients.
According to the Secretary of State, the quality of care should not be determined by how much money someone has.
