Valleys to Coast secures funding to build 35 affordable homes in Tondu

Bridgend-based housing association Valleys to Coast has secured funding to build 35 affordable homes on a long-empty site in Tondu.  The £8.2m development, supported by Bridgend County Borough Council and the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant, will include 24 one-bedroom flats and 11 houses for social rent.  All ground-floor flats will feature level-access bathrooms for residents with mobility needs.
